This 13.56 MHz RFID/NFC sewable button uses an NTAG213 chip in a compact 24 mm laundry-tag form factor. It can be sewn into garments, attached to equipment, or embedded in projects for contactless identification, data sharing, or NFC interactions. The button is passively powered — it requires no battery and activates when held a few centimetres from a compatible reader.

The NTAG213 is a "Type 2" NFC tag that works with virtually any NFC-enabled smartphone (Android or iPhone) without proprietary licensing issues. It is also compatible with standard 13.56 MHz RFID/NFC readers that support ISO/IEC 14443 Type A.
