The Adafruit Qualia 9.7" DisplayPort Monitor is a high-resolution desktop display kit featuring a 2048×1536 IPS panel (the same retina-class display used in the iPad 3 and 4). Connect it to any computer with a DisplayPort or Thunderbolt port for an ultra-sharp secondary monitor — no drivers, soldering, or configuration required.

The custom driver board uses the LT3754 12-channel constant-current LED driver for perfectly consistent backlighting across all temperatures and usage conditions. An ATtiny85 handles soft on/off and PWM backlight dimming. The kit includes the display panel (pre-attached and tested), driver board, acrylic enclosure, 3 m (10 ft) DisplayPort cable, and 9 V power adapter.
