ADXL377 - High-G Triple-Axis Accelerometer (+-200g Analog Out)

The ADXL377 from Analog Devices is a high-G triple-axis accelerometer with analog outputs, capable of measuring up to ±200g of force. Unlike digital accelerometers, this sensor provides three analog voltage outputs (X, Y, Z) that can be read directly by any microcontroller with ADC inputs.

The breakout includes an on-board 3.3V regulator for use with 5V logic like Arduino, and 0.01µF filter capacitors for 500Hz output bandwidth. The analog outputs are ratiometric — 0g reads at 1.65V (half of 3.3V), with -200g at 0V and +200g at 3.3V.

Key Features

  • ±200g Range – Measures extreme acceleration across three axes (X, Y, Z)
  • Analog Output – Ratiometric voltage output for each axis (0V to 3.3V)
  • 500Hz Bandwidth – 0.01µF filter capacitors pre-installed
  • On-Board 3.3V Regulator – Compatible with 5V logic microcontrollers
  • Compact Board – 0.75" × 0.75" breakout
  • Mounting Holes – Four 2.5mm (0.1") holes for secure attachment

Ideal For

  • Rocketry and high-speed vehicle tracking
  • Shock and impact detection
  • Vibration analysis
  • Projects requiring simple analog sensor readings

Package Contents

  • 1× ADXL377 triple-axis accelerometer breakout (fully assembled and tested)
  • 1× 8-pin 0.1" standard header strip
