This Bendable EL Wire features a special wire core alongside the electroluminescent phosphor, allowing you to shape, articulate, and hold the wire in any position. Unlike standard EL wire, the bendable core retains its shape once formed — ideal for creating structured lighting effects and sculptural designs.

When powered by an EL inverter, the wire emits a bright white glow similar to a thin, flexible neon tube. The bendable core makes the wire approximately twice the thickness of the standard variety, at around 5 mm in diameter.
