The ESP32-C6 MINI is Espressif's compact WiFi 6 module integrating 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Bluetooth 5.3 (LE), and IEEE 802.15.4 (Thread/Zigbee) into a single package with an on-board PCB antenna. Built around a high-performance 32-bit RISC-V processor clocked up to 160MHz, plus a low-power RISC-V core at up to 20MHz.

With support for Matter, Thread 1.3, and Zigbee 3.0 via the 802.15.4 radio, this module is ideal for building interoperable smart-home devices. The MINI form factor is a smaller variation of the standard WROOM module with one fewer GPIO.
