The FreeM is a wireless infrared controller and power supply for BlinkM smart LEDs, enabling completely standalone deployment without physical wiring. When paired with a CtrlM transmitter, it creates an invisible, low-power infrared link to control BlinkMs (or any I²C device) up to 14 metres away.

Designed to work transparently with the BlinkM ecosystem — plug a CtrlM into a LinkM, point it at a FreeM, and use the BlinkM Multitrack sequencer to program it wirelessly. It also works with any TV remote that supports the Sony SIRC protocol, allowing basic control of brightness, hue, and scripts.
