An analogue alcohol gas sensor based on the MQ-3 probe, designed for use with Arduino and other microcontrollers. The sensor outputs a voltage proportional to the concentration of alcohol vapour in the surrounding air, making it suitable for breathalyser-style projects, air quality monitoring, and gas detection experiments.

Part of the DFRobot Gravity sensor range, this module features a plug-and-play 3-pin analogue interface and an onboard potentiometer for adjusting sensitivity. The MQ-3 probe has high sensitivity to alcohol with low cross-sensitivity to benzene.
