Mini MOSFET Slide Switch with Reverse Voltage Protection, SV

The Mini MOSFET Slide Switch is a compact, breadboard-compatible power switch module that uses a pair of P-channel MOSFETs to deliver continuous currents up to 4.3 A at 4.5–32 V. It features built-in reverse-voltage protection, making it a reliable alternative to bulky mechanical power switches.

An integrated slide switch controls the high-side MOSFET, and the board also provides an "ON" control pin so you can use an external switch or microcontroller digital output to toggle power programmatically.

Key Features

  • Operating Voltage – 4.5 V to 32 V (40 V absolute maximum)
  • Continuous Current – 2.0 A at 55°C, 4.3 A at 150°C (7.2 A maximum)
  • Low On-Resistance – 16 mΩ at 4.5 V, 50 mΩ at 10 V (combined MOSFET resistance)
  • Reverse-Voltage Protection – Built-in P-channel MOSFET configuration prevents backflow
  • External Control – "ON" pin accepts signals up to 30 V; driving above ~1 V turns the switch on
  • Low Quiescent Current – ~65 µA/V in the on state (dominated by indicator LED)
  • Green LED Indicator – Shows switch status at a glance
  • Compact Size – 15.2 × 15.2 × 2.5 mm (0.6 × 0.6 × 0.1 in), 0.6 g
  • Breadboard-Compatible – Standard 2.54 mm (0.1 in) pin spacing

Ideal For

  • Battery-powered projects needing a compact power switch
  • Breadboard prototyping with reverse-voltage protection
  • Microcontroller-controlled power switching
