The Nootropic RGB Matrix Backpack is a small Arduino-compatible controller board that snaps directly onto the back of a 16×32 RGB LED Matrix Panel. It handles all the complex wiring internally, so you can focus on programming colour animations and displays using the Arduino IDE.

The board is built around an ATmega328 (pre-loaded with a demo animation) and includes a 2.1 mm power jack, terminal block for panel power, a 6-pin FTDI programming header, and a tactile button connected to pin 10 for user input.
