A super-slim 28 RGB LED pixel strip that attaches to your Raspberry Pi's GPIO header without soldering. The friction-fit connector slips over the Pi's pins for instant plug-and-play use. At just 0.8 mm thick, the LED SHIM can be used alongside other HATs and pHATs without interference.

Driven by the IS31FL3731 LED matrix driver over I2C, each of the 28 RGB pixels can be individually controlled for colour and brightness. A full-featured Python library is provided for easy programming — display sensor readings, status bars, colour animations, and more.
