Qwiic Magnetometer - MLX90393

The MLX90393 is a tri-axial magnetic field sensor with an exceptionally wide dynamic range — capable of sensing fields as small as the Earth's magnetic field while behaving predictably in the presence of strong nearby magnets. This makes it superior to many compass-only sensors that exhibit undefined behaviour in large fields.

This Qwiic-enabled breakout features dual Qwiic connectors for solder-free I²C daisy-chaining, with a selectable SPI interface and up to four user-configurable I²C addresses. Beyond compass applications, the MLX90393 excels as a non-contact joystick controller, flow meter sensor (with magnetic impeller), or linear actuator position sensor.
