The RPLIDAR A2M6 is a 360-degree laser scanner development kit built on SLAMTEC's low-cost laser triangulation measurement system. It delivers reliable distance measurement in indoor environments and outdoor settings without direct sunlight, with every unit tested to meet FDA Class I laser safety standards.

With a sample rate of over 4,000 measurements per second and a range of up to 18 metres, the A2M6 is well-suited for robotics applications including autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, and real-time mapping.
