This 17 mm wide conductive ribbon is woven entirely from 316L stainless steel fibres, making it ideal for powering LEDs and other components in wearable and e-textile projects. It's thin, strong, smooth, and as flexible as regular textile ribbon.

With a resistance of only approximately 4 Ω per metre (1.2 Ω per foot), it can carry enough current to drive multiple LEDs and components drawing up to 1 A. Unlike silver-based conductors, stainless steel does not oxidise over time, so your projects will keep working reliably — and the ribbon is safe to wash.
