The Adafruit SMT Breakout PCB for 28-pin SOIC or TSSOP packages lets you easily prototype with surface-mount chips on standard solderless breadboards. One side accommodates a 28-pin TSSOP footprint while the other supports 28-pin SOIC (narrow, medium, or wide), with traces routed to two rows of 0.1"-spaced through-holes.
