Gravity: I2C LCD1602 Arduino LCD Display Module (Green)
A 16×2 character LCD display module from DFRobot's Gravity series, connecting to your Arduino or microcontroller via a simple I²C interface — just two data wires instead of the many parallel connections a standard LCD1602 requires. Compatible with both 3.3V and 5V, with no contrast adjustment needed out of the box.
The green backlight is controllable via software, and the module uses DFRobot's Gravity connector system for quick, reliable hookup. A significant improvement over the traditional LCD1602 in both ease of use and form factor.
Key Features
- I²C Interface – Only two data wires needed (SDA + SCL), freeing up I/O pins
- 3.3V and 5V Compatible – Works with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontrollers
- No Contrast Adjustment – Pre-configured for optimal readability
- Controllable Backlight – Green backlight can be toggled via software
- Gravity Connector – DFRobot's plug-and-play connector system
