The SIM8262A-M2 is a 5G wireless communication module powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon X62 modem. It supports 5G NR (NSA/SA), LTE-FDD, LTE-TDD, and WCDMA with up to 3.0 Gbps downlink speeds. The M.2 B Key form factor makes it easy to integrate into existing designs.

The module includes optional dual-band GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, QZSS) and supports Windows, Linux, and Android drivers. It features USB 3.1 Gen 2, PCIe 4.0, dual SIM, digital audio, I2C, UART, and GPIO interfaces, making it suitable for a wide range of IoT and industrial applications.
