MyoWare Cable Shield

The MyoWare Cable Shield lets you mount electrode sensor pads away from the MyoWare Muscle Sensor board. A 3.5 mm jack accepts a three-electrode sensor cable, so you can position the electrodes on the muscle while keeping the sensor hardware elsewhere — useful for testing, development, or applications where direct board-to-skin contact isn't practical.

The shield features two rows of 3-pin plated through-holes on each end, compatible with standard 0.1″ headers for stacking with other MyoWare boards. It connects to the MyoWare Muscle Sensor, an all-in-one electromyography (EMG) sensor from Advancer Technologies that outputs 0–Vs volts proportional to muscle activity.

Key Features

  • 3.5 mm Sensor Jack – Connects a three-electrode sensor cable for remote pad placement
  • Stackable Design – 3-pin headers on each end for stacking with other MyoWare shields
  • Standard 0.1″ Headers – Compatible with breadboards and prototyping setups
Note: Requires a MyoWare Muscle Sensor (sold separately). A three-electrode sensor cable and biomedical sensor pads are also required and sold separately.

Package Contents

  • 1× MyoWare Cable Shield (headers not included)
